    I have been coming here for over eight years. I am always satisfied and the turnaround time is great. I think it is much more affordable and timely to use the Mac shack then to go to the Apple store. I just got my RAM replaced in 15 minutes.

    I have used the mac shack occasionally over the last 20 years. Just this last week they diagnosed my nonfunctional mac mini and assisted in transferring the data to a newer computer. They were efficient and reasonably priced.

    Brought my iMac in. The guy barely said two words to me when I dropped it off. Waited 4 hours, no call. Eventually just went in to pick it up to bring it to Apple. Again the guy barely said anything to me. Clearly didn’t even look at it. My suggestion, just go to Apple.
